Husband-o has become quite the football fan over the past several years. Even though our Steelers aren't in the playoffs, we have enjoyed watching the games together. He was bummed that he had a meeting today at 3:00 and the 2nd game of the day started at 3:30 local time. So, it is currently recording on the DVR. When he gets home we will sit and watch it with our friend, The Stripper. The best part is we will get to fast forward thru all the commercials, and watch the game in about 2 hours (I'm guessing).
The only trick is making sure we don't turn on the radio or tv news before we watch the game. It would suck to accidentally find out the score before we get to see it. :) I also plan to answer the phone by saying something to the effect of, "Hello, we have the playoff game on dvr, and we haven't finished watching it yet! Please don't ruin it by talking about the game!"
Now if Husband-o would hurry up and get home, we can start the game and enjoy our chicken wings. :)
