So I had my Valentine's Day weigh in today (how do I always weigh in on or the day after holidays!) I am down 1 pound and most of my measurements stayed the same or went down. Most noteably, my hips are down and inch and my waist an inch and a half!
Yippee!
Slow and steady wins the race, right? Gotta keep telling myself that!
Right now I am logging everything I eat. Somehow I managed to not go too far over my calories last night, despite the margarita I had at dinner! Still not sure how that happened, but I'll take it.
I have another meeting tomorrow night (this being important thing is starting to get old :) so I may get up and do another early morning workout. We'll see how I feel in the morning. Right now I am dog tired since I was up so early yesterday and then out until 1:00 AM! The concert was great, and we had a good time being out. A HUGE thank you to Nanny for getting the kids and taking care of them all night so Husband-o and I could enjoy an evening out.
