10 years!!

Ten years ago yesterday, I married my high school sweetheart. As I sit here and think about the past 10 years, I am overwhelmed by all that we have done. We have:

lived in 4 different states
lived at 7 different addresses (lots of moving)
earned music degrees from 3 different universities (him, not me)
given life to 2 children
gotten through the death of my father
started a business


And those are just the major events I can think of now. We've been through thick and thin and back again in our 15 years together, and I look forward to many more anniversaries with him.

Last week, we were actually able to get away for 4 days by ourselves (thanks, mom!). Who's Bond-o planned the whole trip and surprised me great stuff the whole trip. You can read about it on his blog, complete with online reviews for each hotel, bed and breakfast, restaurant and attraction we visited. We had a fabulous time together, and I especially enjoyed reconnecting with my sweetheart! Love you Who's Bond-o!

Man, are my cheeks sore!

Well, ladies and gentlemen, I actually played my flute today! I had loaned it to my niece, but she brought it back when she came for a visit last month. My Who's Bond-o convinced me to get it out today, and we played together for the first time in years! It was fun, but my cheeks are really sore. Pretty funny, since it makes them match the rest of my body. I worked out with Carlos yesterday, so I am feeling my "Sunday Soreness." :)
